Alternately, your sales staff can take the request and enter it directly into your co-branded page.

Recommended Support Process

If you receive a support request relating to a maintenance service, you should respond that "all website maintenance services are supported directly by our maintenance team at Edit.com. We have forwarded your request to their support team. You can contact them directly through your account at www.edit.com/account or by email to support@edit.com."
