Why offer website maintenance services?
All of your customers need website maintenance services a couple times a year. You can serve your customers and make money from this multi-billion dollar industry.

As we all know, cPanel is one of the best control panels available. cPanel and we see the partnership as a great way to help cPanel hosts across the world better service their customers and make money from website maintenance.
Why use Edit.com instead of doing this in-house?
Maintenance requires a specific type of sales, fulfillment and support organization to deliver them reliably and cost effectively. We have invested in and developed these skills.
How do I make money?
We pay you for every order for the lifetime of your customers. You get 15% for customers and 5% for DirectAccess resellers.
What are your most popular services?
Our content updating services are the most popular. Custom site design, ecommerce, search engine services and email forms are also very popular.
Is this private labeled?
We have found that a co-branded offering is the most effective way to position the services. We can discuss private labeling if you would like.
Does Edit.com outsource this maintenance work?
Nope. Everything is done by our staff, from our New York City offices.
Who bills the customer?
We handle billing and send you your revenue share. We also handle the sales, fulfillment and support for all of our services.
What if I already offer design services?
Just select the other services from our list that you would like to offer. The maintenance page won't include design services.
What's involved in program setup?
Not much. We create your maintenance page and you market it to your customers.
How should I market the services?
Activate the link in cPanel and create other links from your site navigation and sales and support materials. We have also found that a regular mention in your newsletter is effective.
What is the typical conversion rate on leads we refer?
We have found lead-to-customer conversion as high as 40%! You should expect between 15% - 20%.
Will this affect my resellers and their customers?
Your resellers can join the DirectAccess program and resell these services to their customers. They get a discount on their purchases. Their customers will not know about the services unless the reseller tells them.
How soon can I expect to start receiving commissions?
We provide you with quarterly reports including traffic, leads and revenue. We find that customers start ordering right away after the first marketing.
How do I get started?
Just call or complete the Get Started Form. We'll discuss the service otions with you and put together your maintenance program. It takes an afternoon of your time, in total.
